With all the carnage of foreign travel over the last couple of years I must share some positives
- In September we were delayed on our return from Cuba by 8 hours .Received long haul compensation from TUI within 10days.
- Applied on line to renew my passport.New passport received in 10 days.Advertised as up to twelve weeks.Text messages at each stage confirming status.
I did a year, 15 years ago and have almost recovered.
