everton got hammered by spurs right after the FA cup game. they drew 1-1 with west brom (poor result) then when naisse has to come on and save them

Not sure if everton have changed system or the lad's form has suffered but he seem to be the big loser in all this. Firmino's still banging in goals

Played 5 league games score 3 goals.
played fa cup scored one missed a pen
played CL game scored one

7 games 5 goals.. dunno how many assists..

Yeah... really only one player potentially affected by the whole thing.

FA did the lad no favours dragging it out 7 weeks.

 

I don't think any apology is necessary. If he's that sure then its wrong to make him. If he could admit maybe he heard wrong fine do so.. nothing to apologise for TBH. if he made it up he'd never admit it now

TBh if the clubs had better relations the could have met down the pub and shook hands privately.

Why? what are you basing that on? reverse the investigation and it looks like this

lets imagine we are on the disciplinary panel where Bobby has a grievance that his colleague Holgate is making a false accusation about him.
Evidence we have so far that it is a false accusation-
Nobody else hears it or anything like it despite plenty including ref being around.
Holgate is clearly angry having moments earlier physically assaulted Firmino.
Video evidence (including lip readers and interpreters) shows Firmino does not say anything that may be mistaken for "the word".
Bobby speaks in a language that Holgate does not understand
At no stage does Holgate admit the possibility that he might have misheard what was said.

I am sure there is something to back up Holgates defence but nobody has posted any yet.
