As others have said, we all have our favorites to take over and personally, I like the sound of McInnes BUT
whoever it is will most likely have to make the most of the existing squad and maybe a few loanees. Why... 4 words gentlemen

This rule will totally dominant our spending policy, specifically the size of the loss we can make compared to our turnover.
From this point of view, I saw several comments on here a while back saying that we have a large number of players out of contract at the end of this year which may well help but I can see what Keith did by bringing in replacements for the future such as young Taylor and Bolaise so unlike most, I don't give him stick for that.
Nevertheless, it is a fact that the new manager will have to work with the players that we have (a massive squad).
Now that isn't necessarily a bad thing because we KNOW that this team is capable of MUCH BETTER but it is a fact that the new man must be a man manager of the highest order to get the best out of it which is why I would be happy with McInnes
