What does Hoddle do, really? He seems to have had no effect, and we're spending money to have him assist us with something. Do we need him? Why do we still have him around? Don't we have enough with Sir Les hanging around? <confused>

Answer :- Go look at our results before Hoddle arrived, then look at our results after he arrived.

The answer is nobody knows, but Rednapp wants him, he's there, he's part of the club, so let's support him?!

I think Hoddle has a lot to offer, I believe he takes the training sessions. Whether we are getting the best out of our players is somewhat doubtful.
There are not really any players who we could cite as playing their best ever football apart from possibly Charlie Austin.

The poor quality of our set pieces suggests that we are not quite sure what everyone's role on the field is. Partly down to not playing the same team/formation on a regular basis. I think Hoddle may be getting readied to take over the management, IF Redknapp decides to retire at the end of the season.

Thing is, short of taking the set pieces himself, there's little Hoddle can do about the fact that we haven't got particularly creative players at present.
I like Hoddle and I think that, if he were fully in charge, we would at least be trying to play better football.

Well may be he stays long enough to take over after Harry's gone but who knows what'll happen by the end of the season

Agree with this! Maybe Harry will need more knee surgery or something - a little holiday and Hoddle will keep us up

So it has nothing to do Harry us winning. Harry is why we lose
