    It's aonly the company behind the club. We will be reformed as a newco, whether we play in the SPL or Scottish 3rd division is up to the other SPL clubs.

    It was always going to be a newco. There never little more than zero chance of getting a CVA. Hence all the discussion about newco and the transfer of SPL share to such a newco.

    It'll be interestng to see how the SPL clubs vote now that the CVA door is completely closed.
