Apparently Strathclyde Police are looking for proof that they'll be paid before allowing the Kilmarnock game to go ahead. :emoticon-0106-cryin

Why not a winding up order which is the normal HMRC approach?

ps Douglas Fraser, BBC, is saying that it is not just the £49m tax case. It's more to do with the tax that Craig Whyte has NOT paid since taking over.

What a ****ing state he's got your club into <doh>

He inherited most of our problems? It was the odl guard that got us into the mess we are in.
But hey I can't complain, we seen some great footballers, had a fanstastic title run when I was a kid growing up and saw some wonderful football.

Did you read what I wrote? It's not just about the tax bill, it's about the tax that Whyte has ran up and not paid since taking over.

Anyway, apparently he's trying to get his lawyers to court to put you into administration before a decision is made in today's HMRC case.

I think the £49m tax case is a little bit more of a problem than the £4m one, which I'm pretty sure he also inherited from Murray.
