Its a debate that I felt worth having. From the way that the scheme has been presented, I wanted to explore the reasons why the club would undertake to develop a scheme like this and promote it using words like "revolutionary" and "unique" (from what I have been told). I am sure that I could go out and buy off the shelf products to build EYS. I agree with you that it would be just as easy to have a single zone with different tiers.
