Dear Mr Kipper.

I write to you with notification that due to your unpaid dept, and despite us contacting you several times to discuss repayment, we have now reluctantly had to pass your details onto our recovery team. Unfortunately, due to the interest owing on your debt and the administrative costs associated with having to recover this debt, this has incurred a 12 month extension to the original terms of your debt.

If you would like to discuss this matter further then please dial 999 and wait for an operator to tell you to do one.
