Because he has the maturity of a child and he thinks that winding people up constantly is hilarious, and then when people return the favor he stomps off in a huff because they didnt react the way he wanted them to, then he shows up a few days later to say it was all an elaborate ruse and that he did it because him and his grown up son (who apparently also has the brain of a turnip) like to laugh at all the people calling him a ****. All because he is a high functioning autistic with the emotional maturity of Donald Trump and the brains of Diane Abbott......

That about sums it up.
