No, Samuel Smith. Brewery in Tadcaster.

John Smith was his younger brother I think!

  6. The end game in all of this, of course, is the imposition of draconian powers the Government couldn’t impose without a “life threatening” virus.

A popular choice among some commentators is the enforced administration of vaccines.

I think we’ll see the military on our streets before that happens.

  8. Well, you can’t get any meat in the supermarkets. It’s like the old Soviet Union during the Cold War.

Treble and Hoddle is a god like this.

  10. To be fair, Archie, I’m enjoying the break from live performing. After eight years solid, I was feeling a little jaded.

  11. @Archers Road on the other thread (from which, bizarrely, I have been banned), you wrote:

“Plenty of good people out there mate, plenty of people looking out for each other. As usual, the ****s get all the publicity, but a thousand tiny acts of kindness go unreported every day.”

The reason for that is that our media is a propaganda mouthpiece for the Government. So, if the agenda is to place the public in a state of fear and isolation, the last thing that the media is going to do is to run stories of everyone pulling together and demonstrating our innate humanity - the kind of humanity that has seen Mankind survive on this Planet for hundreds of thousands of years.

In these times, the media wants to portray only negatively, to help the Government to keep the masses living in fear and believing they are isolated. This is so that only the Government can present us with the solution.

And, eventually, there will be a solution. That’s the end game, and the entire reason for this “crisis.”

There’s some great stuff on Netflix currently for the aged rocker. I recommend the ZZ Top movie, the Lemmy movie, and the docu pic about photographer Mick Rock

You’ve been asking for days “where’s Stan” and I was simply agreeing with you that you look jaded and your band sounds jaded. My advice would be for you to lose some weight, lose the ridiculous Pork Pie hat, lose the ridiculous Fagin beard, learn to play a track that was written post 1990 and advertise for a new singer. I’m not going to charge you for this consultation as I’m a nice guy.

Yeah start learning some Ed Sheeran songs...that'll go down well.

To be fair popular music nowadays is ****...if you want people up and dancing then the oldies from the 70s and 80s are better.

Have you seen many people dance to Ultravox's epically **** track "Vienna"?

Ed Sheeran isn't the only post 1990 song writer.

  20. I knew that once Stan turned up, this party would get rocking!

He’s brought his extensive 80s and 90s synth pop collection.

Stop gabbing, Stan, and get some erasure on, mate!
