Hello fellows YIDS

Been looking at the board for some time now and always enjoy reading the debates and discussions, so decided to join up and get involved for transfer deadline day.

Hoping for some important signings today so we can push on and get our season going, hoping for

Moutinho
Butland
Some back up for bale lennon

Welcome. Berba is joining Fulham (strangely reuniting with Jol who he let down badly), so that won't happen.

yes but fergie has thrown a comment into hat saying its not all done and that there are roomers he could end up back at spurs! (he probably stirring it but I would love berba back)

Also was it not Ramos he let down?

I'm going to pretend I never replied to this thread, as I have got everything wrong! Yes, you are right it was Ramos. And yes there are rumours that we are in for him, which I hadn't caught up with until recently. Other than that I stand by everything I said.
 
only thing that worries me with lloris is he could be another de gea

good shot stopper but dodgy on crosses, he should have come for the ball when carroll headed past him in the euros

Yes i do want Berba......Berba has everything i associate with spurs, class, skill, panache, style, swagger

I know he left on bad terms but im willing to forget as he was class and he would be great with the players we had, he gets the best out of wide players with balls in behind and thru channels and players like dembele can drive from deep and play off him
 
Well as Friedel is dodgy on crosses and Loris is better than him in various other aspects, it's a no-brainer really.
 
Hi, Northern Spurs Fan.

I would have liked Berba back at the Lane, but he's joining Fulham. I think he'll do very well for them, and might even end up having one of the best couple of seasons of his career.

I'm just praying that Levy's not making a bid for the Toon's Big Rim.

I've noticed this as well, but De Gea appears to be getting past his problems.
Made some very good saves recently and looks less flappy.
Remains to be seen whether Lloris could do the same.
