Obviously.

Why would he work for that Russian gimp again?

The only managers coming to your club are coming for an easy pay pay day after 8 months or less of being in the job. That is your owners fault entirely.

As always, "reported " by the media. Since Contracts are meaningless nowadays anyway, he might come, he might not. Bugger all we can do about it except wait, see and hope. Oh , and keep up the anti Benitez movement.

Blimey UIR--You sound like a pretty clued up geezer! Welcome to the Chelsea board! I think you'll enjoy your chats with us!

That link is ****ed btw.

I honestly don't see why Benitez is a bad deal...he did well with Liverpool, had the edge on us in a lot of games and gave Utd a couple of turtlings they still remember.

There are other people in the mix, but I also don't understand why we have to be linked with BIG names all the time.

Man management + tactical nous = job done

There are loads that fit that bill...

One thing though...Joachim Lowe...no ta...we had an international manager once before...****.

Our owner has always equated "big names " be they players or managers as "brands ". Like all the Russians you see on the Riviera, in Mayfair Clubs or Paris restaurants, they are covered in "brands". Gucci, Dolce and Gabana, Armani, Burberry....... if it's not a "brand " it can't be any good. No Marks and Sparks for them.
Nothing is judged for it's actual worth, only for it's "wow" acceptance. Hence Shevchenko and Torres.
We will always go for big names, not hidden talent. Goes with the territory unfortunately.

Is he a yes man though? I'd like to see someone who won't stand for any crap like signing the players he wants. I wouldn't want it to be Mo'yes = Mo'problems :1980_boogie_down:
