The people who prefer liquidation or administation are known as Pearsonites or Duffenites or just plain gobshites. They will not be missed when they slink off and do something else on a Saturday.

Solvency is the be all and end all for me. While the entity exists and is based in Hull I will support it. Regardless of the league we play in. Regardless of the name we play under.

Then you should be very concerned about us being £100m in debt to a bloke who threatens to walk every time he doesn't get his own way.

I would be very surprised if they rejected the name change.

It seems the next in line for Allams naughty step are the FA. He seems to argue with one group, lose that argument then takes it out on someone else, until he loses the next argument. Who else is there after the FA?

I can't help thinking some of the other posters may be right who have alluded to him creating as much publicity as possible in order to sell the club. I suppose its all down to what someone would pay if it were the case.

Just out of interest, this isn't a dig at anybody, but if Allam had come to us in 2010 when we were in the **** and said he would save the club but rebrand it Hull Tigers, what would you have wanted?

Sky's Bryn Law should have clarified what AA meant by 'walking away'.

If he had the balls he should have asked if he was prepared to put the club into administration as part of the process of getting back his loans.
The answer might have been 'yes' because AA wouldn't have time think about it. But if AA chose this route then that would mean the appointment of
expensive administrators who would ultimately control the purse strings. This is the last thing AA would want - he's a control freak and his worst nightmare
would be not being in control of his 'investment'.

Despite his threats, this uncomfortable 'marriage' between owner and fans is set to continue for some time yet......

yawn! this whole saga is rumbling on far too long..
Just ****ing change the name, if you're gonna change it.
Then see what happens to the local support when that happens.

He can't just change the name. He needs the FA's approval and we have the right to ask them to say no.

Technically, if you go to the KC and pay AA to watch his team play, doesn't that make you a scab?

It's not his team, it's ours, he's just looking after it for a short while.

he is the one that saved it, he is the one that plowed £80m of his own coffers into it.
I didnt put any money into the 'SAVE HULL CITY' donation box, I don't think anyone here did.

that's an idea OLM................. CTID should set up their own website where ppl can donate to buy out AA!
then CTID can get a seat on the board and then dictate what is to happen to the club.
    they only need £80m.
See just how serious ppl are and how much against AA and his rebranding.
I am not against it totally but I will donate £100 of my own cash to that cause.

    no Dr Stanley o'****.

I am not against the name change, not totally.
I am not an emotive **** like many whingers on here.

The reason I have 4 posts that differ is cos I was coming at it from 4 different angles... someone with a few cells of grey matter could understand that................ wonder why you never?
