... Piskie has got to you THAT much? <yikes>

No, Bambs.

I destroyed Pixie. He knows that; I know that; Hell, even a clown like you knows that!

It wasn't me who broke Data Protection Act rules to get to my personal information and to exploit it in order to get a photo of me wearing a purple sparkly cowgirl hat.

Think about that.

The only thing your destroying is Hoddle in a gimp suit and mask.

Err, because you just wrote a huge list asking me to ....

You won't answer that list, because the answer's (if given correctly from information you have gained) doesn't fit with your wum agenda.

How is viewing information that’s either in the public domain or is what you’ve chosen to put there breaking Data protection law?

This isn't a sparkly cowgirl hat mate in this universe or any other. <laugh>

it's the obtaining of my personal data in order to inform them where to look.

The rules are very specific about these things, Tobias. I didn't invent them. They are there for your protection, as well as mine.

Nothing that Skiddy and others saw (when they used the illegally obtained information) was anything that I wouldn't be happy to divulge. In fact, it tickles me to think that Pixie and Skiddy would have been crying inside and deeply wounded as it slowly dawned on the silly ****ers that I had kept my true life secret so as not to brag about it.

The actual "bragging" was clearly excessive banter. Lots of people recognised that. I never thought that anyone would be so ****witted as not to recognise that! This is why I am going to be very careful, from now on, to make sure that I telegraph when I am using banter and when I am not (HINT: I will be using banter about 95% of the time on this board).

The point is, I don't want to divulge that information to people on this site. That's my choice, and the law recognises and supports my choice; as it does yours and that of every other British citizen.

No wumming. No getting "rattled." No meltdowns. Just stating facts.

He’ll ask one of his IP Law Partners who’s working in one of the various office suites.
