We're going to need something as all the Torrent sites are being steadily blocked. Although I am informed that many are obtainable via Karoo - is that right?
No chance of getting blocked unless they ban the actual torrent files completely; which will never happen. The torrent link sites just move or are proxyable. Kickass (http://kat.cr), for example, gets blocked every other month then within hours it redirects. The other option is to google katproxy and find a proxy site that works if your isp keeps up-to-date unlike Karoo. There are loads. I'm sure all major torrent link sites work the same way. You can still find proxy links that work for piratebay with about 30 seconds googling even though that is supposedly banned UK wide: https://thepiratebay-proxylist.org
