Derek McInnes admits Swansea have expressed interest in Albert Adomah, but insists there have been no bids and doesn't want him to leave.

So wouldn't appear to be as near as the post are saying anyway...

Alberts form dropped last year when, it was the same time as he wasn't picked to go to the Africans cup. This could be coincidence or maybe he let's things get to him.

As much as I like Albert we have all been saying that the forwards dont get the service, he is our main source of outlet so I put most of the service down to him.

150k up to 2.75 million at the moment helps us out no end, could go higher but history shows we don't make great profit on players, this could become our highest transfer outlet. Wait until next season and prem clubs will wait till the contract is down to six months and probably his agent will say 12 months and he gets massive signing on fee's.

This time we are in the driving seat where I wished we were with Maynard. We held on plus he got injured and then lost money. Was it worth it?

We could make money get another winger might not be as fancy but might get that final ball across, or use Anderson the player we thought was not needed, and then get a decent CB, CM & ST.

Bolasie I would keep 20k loss on someone who with confidence a run in side might find his feet is a gamble worth taking.

I would also if selling one or both whack clauses into the deal, don't want another Cole 7 million with nothing for us

This is not a comment on whether Albert should stay or go but RTB, you are thinking of our beloved team of the last 4 seasons where we mastered passing the ball mainly backwards, the long ball and playing with no service worth speaking of for the strikers.

This year, we will witness the re-introduction of "football" as we know it (Jim) so the impact of Albert being the ONLY player to go on anything resembling an attacking run will be diluted by;-

a). midfielder(s) that create chances for the forwards
b), winger(s) that do not advance to 30 yards from goal, hit a glass wall and then pass the ball sidewides or backwards
c). 2 attacking full backs that will actually support and OVER LAP the wingers

We will attack as a TEAM and not a bunch of individuals so one player will not stand out as much. That said of course, an improved Albert who will attack fullback and the box will be sensational to watch.

    Can't wait....!!

I do reckon a bidding war will start between a couple of clubs.lets him go to the highest Bidder or where the best deal regards players are involved.
