... and he will sympathise but tell you the risk of surgery far outweighs the possible benefits, then, finally, but finally, you might listen to your dear old RL.
I've been seeing the lovely physio Katie and the neck and back are much better. The arm and hand are constantly painful though hence referral to neurosurgeon and possible operation.
Physio wont do it, they treat the symptoms not the cause ( in my humble opinion ), a good chiro may well untrap the whole shebang for you, good luck ..hopefully the surgery wont paralyse you
Great. It' a beautiful day up here jakey. Going out fo lunch with work. Getting taken out for a meal on Thursday by the client. Then going for a curry in my old stomping ground on Friday with pals. Daughter at weekend. Couldn't be better. I'm glad im not in a permanent beel like yourself.
Update : I soaked the toe in scalding hot water for 20 mins then just pulled the nail up out of the toe... Fantastic super splendid relief. Anyhow i shall repeat the process forever or for a week until the nail grows straight.
cut small v-shaped notch near the ingrowing side ( if the nail is long enough ) then pack the area between skin and nail with a small amount of gauze or cotton wool to encourage growth away from the skin/nail-bed.. Pop on a small bandage or plaster to keep the whole thing in place. Wear some loose fitting shoes and then hop round to ERs and tell him face to face he is wasting his time with his physio and surgery fantasies, he just wont listen to me.
