Spot on Cest, the cost and availability of a replacement should be considered before any sale is made. We will never be able to afford to buy another striker like £ent "off the shelf", there will be a period of trial, error and frustration(on the fans part) before we unearth/develop another prolific goalscorer like SKP or £ent.
Judging by the replys, Henderson, shuld stay......................? my thoughts entirely, as for the manager.my thoughts are well known.
It now seems that £13m is a deal that never was. Do you believe everything you see in the papers? Me I don't buy papers and I wouldn't believe one even if it said the Pope was a Christian
Mag in peace (honestly). I really don't get the hype with Henderson, I've watched him plenty of times this season and I think he's a good little player but nowt special. It seems to me his stock is high because of his age but i expected him to step up last season and he didn't. You can buy better for £13m like, I would take the bin dippers hands off if they bid anywhere near that.
billofengland you absolute Tosser. Have u not thought the reason players got played out of position is because we had about 12 players out and we were down to the bare bones! We were pushing for europe before our injury jinx, and I bet you like the rest of the minority fickle fans thought Bruce was the best thing since sliced bread! As for Hendo, how can u say he's still serving his apprentice? He spent a full year at Coventry, played nearly every game last season, and played the majority of games this season! The kid is over-rated and his 2 league goals this season prove that!!
Im not saying hes a bad player, but hes far from being the finished product. he cant tackle, cant score, and his setpieces are shockinin end of! However he is a good box to box player that will get better!
I did think that his corner kicks improved a hell of a lot in the last few games, but along with his free kicks, they were pretty poor for most of the season. However, I have saw signs that the lad has a lot of potential, and I would love to see a local lad such as Jordon develop into a cult figure at the club.
