I have just watched Match of the Day 2 with my Grandson he is 5 ( I don't normally watch anymore) after watching the decisions which was a penalty or was'nt a penalty could somebody please explain, I now have about as much idea as my Grandson.
Well it's like this Phil the Ref may or may not give a penalty for an offence that may or may not have occurred the decision is reviewed by VAR who spends a minimum of five minutes reviewing the decision and they toss a coin then ask the Ref to look at it on a small screen showing a fraction of the whole incident and then the ref agrees with what he has been told and changes his decision
