Hello, just registered so thought it would be polite to introduce myself. Been an R for over half a century now. Brought up with likes of Rodney and Stan. Been a member of other QPR sites in the past but thought id try this one! Don't get to many games now sadly, but am always there in spirit!
Big music fan as well as football/QPR hence the user name of an album by one of my favourite bands from the sixties/seventies. U'rs!!!!

I thought when you mentioned your name was music based, you were inspired by the wistful (Scandinavian?) band of the same name from around 10 years ago.

They weren't bad to be fair.

thanks, blimey yes that was the Barbie Girl rubbish wasn't. No this is Jethro Tull inspired i'm pleased to report.<cool>
 
yes indeed jeff. had an st in SAR with my old man during the mid seventies. Witnessed Stan et al in all their glory. Doubt we'll ever get a team like that again in my lifetime!!!

Yep that's where I was as well & your right never see a team like that again, 60's & 70's was good times.
