aerospace, it would appear we were in the same boat, watching on forlornly as tumbleweed gently passed through the emptiness of these forums...

anyway, the sentiment remains, glad the place is finally livening up a bit!

I remember those days, in early Feb, when I'd log on JUST to see the tumbleweed....knowing that the great influx would be just around the corner!!

Now that the gang is (almost) all here, we can look forward to a better run forum!
 
Anyone know when 606 actually closes? It's hard enough keeping up with all the drivel on one board let alone two. :emoticon-0116-evilg

That will depend very greatly on whether I believe my mate (Ranger1975 from the old 606).

Derry and Hill were right, but the rest was pure horseshit from him....To wind me up.....It worked!

Anyhoooo....No-one ever remembers my Simon Walton scoop, on the night that he signed!

John Gregory had bought him into my casino for a meal, and introduced me....that's how I got that particular one up so quickly!

And the influx has finally come it seems! Looking forward to some pre-Premier League (fingers crossed ;) ) transfer gossip mate, always enjoyed reading your posts back in the summer even if some of the deals didn't happen, was better than the interminable silence from both club and BBC/Sky etc!

aerospace - I for one (as a 606 watcher) was always kean to read the latest rumour. Some you win and some you lose... Keep em coming!
