it's a whole season of hopes and fears squeezed into 90 minutes, plus OT and penalties. the first time we played and lost it was like being relegated again.

From what I can recall, the season after you went down the first time you lost in, was it the Semi's against Palace?

Then the following year you squeezed into 6th with Pards under great pressure yet you won them. And the following year you went to the Cup final and were sucker punched by Gerrard's screamer.

We had our own heartbreak 11 years ago. It was an extra-time goal an' all

No we got the the final twice under Pardew, beating Ipswich in the semi's both times.

Lost the first final to palace and won the second against Preston. Then, as you say we had the cup final the year after.

I was at all three games and very much enjoyed our yearly trips to Cardiff!

Your game should be interesting. I love the play off final!

 

I remember watching your game against PNE and there was a big banner hanging form the stands that read "Watch out Mourinho ze Hammers are coming!"
