He's come back from injury, got subbed at half time so ergo he's fallen out of favour and is being bought by ole twitchy himself, as everyone knows Twitchy and Cole go way back.

    Maybe you should #AskHarry

    Oi Alf, you in mate?

We just signed Benayoun. Is he a player or a journey man?

I always liked him, he's a creative player who was never quick or powerful so I doubt he's that much worse than he was as that's generally what goes with age, he can turn players easily, dribbles well and picks out some great passes, never really had the chance to shine at Liverpool, Chelsea or Arsenal (or with us on his second visit). Personally I think he could quite easily still cut it in the EPL. He'll either be an absolute smash in the championship and tear defences to pieces or find it too physical

That sounds better than I thought it might! We got the ex-Spuds Geezer Niko Kranjčar in to fill that role but he's been pretty poor. Overweight and very slow. I think Harry's lost patience with him and that's why he's brought this lad in. I hope it works out but I have my doubts. Our experience with mercenaries over the last couple of years has left us all very wary about signing these ex-stars. Only time will tell.

Speaking of time, has big Sam got much left?

Well Alf, what's going down 'Ammers way at the moment? Looks like we're both in free fall and we both have the same problem: Can't score goals.

If it keeps going like this we'll be meeting in the Championsh*t next season

tbh I'm not too concerned atm, I might be if we're still there come March, but I think we'll pull it around once we get AC back, he might not score many goals but his overall attacking play is great, wins the ball well, holds it up well and brings other players in, we've also had (J) Cole, Vaz te, Downing, Reid, Tomkins, Collins and Morrison injured, that's most of our best players (inc all our CB's), when they get off the treatment table will push on (hopefully), as for you, you're 3 points from the top spot and think HR will get you promoted by April. (Most of my family are 'harry' supporters and will support whichever club he's at)

generally a bit of a left sided utility player

I think it depends on what happens this week, you may get Nolan and Sam in exchange for Redknapp, not sure how I'd like that tbh, great manager but lost a lot of friends in the Upton Park crowd over Bellamy (although tbh he was only doing his job).

I think he's proper pony mate. Nearly as bad as that other clown we spent 1m on, Karl Henry.

Probably won't happen. Just paper talk I reckon.

He's not a lone striker and that was always going to be a problem with Sam as manager, just starting to show a bit of promise after a season and a half of cack. Harry will probably get more out of him than Sam simply because he plays 2 strikers up top rather than 1 and 2 winger/strikers. Like to see him do well but with Cole, Carroll and whoever else we get (praying for Lacina Traore), there really is not much of a chance he'd get a game for us.
