I've got a pal that is absolutely petrified of eels. He can't even look at them on a telly. Total spastic.
I used to do a bit of mountaineering but for some reason I've developed a fear of heights in the past 10 years or so. The only other real fear I have is bumping into ex-girlfriends.
afraid of heights lol ... fannies . a guy worked with us before I wont name him <victor> for his self dignity. he couldnt even stand on a set of milk crates without them rattling from his fear shakes. ***** lol we used to make sure the **** had to skim most of the ceilings just to piss ourselves laughing at shakey.
Got a phobia of heights and a real fear of being burned alive. Will take any other death aside from that. The woman has a whole catalogue of phobias though. Half sunken boats that are still poking out of the water, actual sunken wrecks (especially submarines) the creaking of boats, sharks (she wouldn't get into the water off Normandy, of all places, a few years back because of this fear), open graves, dead bodies in general. There was a program on a while back about weird weather in Britain that happened the previous year and a part of it showed a graveyard on a hill collapsing in due to erosion, she actually passed out for a moment. Of course this this wonderful comedy for me.
Think someone mentioned it earlier but I can't walk up glass staircases. Had to give the Kyle Minogue Exhibition a miss when it was in Manchester By that I mean I actually waited on the ground floor for my bird and our pals to go see it and then come back.
**** that ... Why even have a glass staircase! The ****s! The rhien rower had a glass floor section and some folk where also lying aginst the slanted windows! I had the fear big time ... left after a minute - left Mrs Pud up there! I had the fear in the lift as well ... please log in to view this image
Watched this last night. Best thing on TV for ****ing years, I was holding on to the settee so tight my knuckles were white. Much scarier than The Omen remake that I watched the other day.
Aye, pretty much ... ****ing falling backwards onto it ... group shots of them all lying on one section! I started to boak, so got the **** outta dodge.
Have you seen those 'skywalks'? They have one newly opened in the Alps and one at the Grand Canyon....they're glass floored viewing platforms. There's one at Blackpool Tower that I stood near, before deciding i'd rather get as far away from it as possible. I'll try and scan it when I can over here - **** makes me want to turn over, or get up and walk away Generally petrifies me.
