The Tv evidence showed the bottom of the ball behind the line. It was clear that that part was over the line as the frozen frame allowed you to see the ground between the bottom of the ball and the line. However that bit was, of visible ground was so narrow, that it was impossible to judge had the whole ball crossed the line. I don't think it had. Another angle looking across from post to post, did not show any ball and hence indicated ball must have been very close to line on this occasions.
