Like it makes sense to employ someone who has no management experience of ANY description then ask him to take charge of a club facing its most difficult ever season in the toughest league in the world. My God, you couldn't make it up!!
Yes, I know what you mean Ivor. Desailly needs to cut his teeth somewhere first you'd think. But there is one advantage - he has a name that will attract players to the Club. Very wary though, and would still prefer Poyet or Laudrup. The Cocky thing is intriguing though.
