I know he wasn't great there, but the plan was that he'd be more effective than the lifeless Harper/Evans partnerhsip. That's why he played there, not just to accomodate Hobbs. I agree that NP rates Hobbs but it's because he genuinely believes he's a great player, not because he's just his 'favourite'. My point was that we can have 3 good CBs without it becoming a problem, and NP is more than capable of managing 3 players in the same position. They would all get plenty of game time.
