The ball boy is the son of the managing director or club chairman (one of them types anyhoo) and had tweeted that he was a time waster. Why on earth would you lie down on a ball that was out of play in the first place? Why didn't Hazard just look at the ref or lino and point to the prick on the floor holding the ball?
