Its taken him until he’s 35 to make it big time though, that’s a lot of punches in the grid, and a lot of hard work. I admire any boxer who gets in the ring tbh, one of the reasons I like the sport.

Boxing stopped being a credible sport a long time ago. It' s a ****ing embarrassing money making load of bullshit that alludes to the younger generation. They will lap up the staged pre fight pushing and shoving.
Bellew got his tactics spot on again, and dispatched Haye is spectacular fashion. Haye was looking to unload the power shots from the off, but looked a bit flat footed, Tony worked him out within 2 rounds and only the bell saved Haye in the 3rd. The left hook that more or less finished it was a peach. Haye is finished, his body isn’t up to it, and despite his words I don’t think he’s got the heart for either the training or the battle anymore.
Is Bellew actually gonna fight someone decent next? He needs a strong opponent as I've got no idea if he's good at this weight or absolute tosh.
He’s too small as a heavyweight to take on the biggest and best around. No way he could tackle a 17/18 stone genuine heavyweight. He said after the fight that he wants Andre Ward, but I’m not sure he’ll actually fight again. We’ll see. Don’t forget he was a cruiserweight and world champion at that level before the Haye saga started.
