Unless stated otherwise in the current competition thread, the Rules for these competitions are below:
Pick one horse in each race.
A winner scores you 30 points
A second place scores you 20 points, provided there are 5 or more runners*
A third place scores you 10 points provided there are 7 or more runners*
One selection to be nominated as your nap. Points (if any) for that selection scores double
Non Runners. Unless specifically nominating a replacement NRs will be replaced by the SP fav. In the event of joint or co favs the lowest number on the race card will be taken.
* The number of runners is the number of runners as declared in the Racing Post.
