Nah ... steve austin wishes he was me 18 years of hard work that is. I was 10stone skin and bone at 17.
I know ... I couldve just took steroids, grew man boobs , not be able to reproduce and be dead or in a mental hospital by the time I was 30
I'm pointing backwards towards "that-a-way" My right arm is actually much larger than my left. Especially the forearm for some reason. I get carpal tunnel syndrome too and my wrist is like an 80year olds. I can't explain any of it.
FFS Think everyone had already made that assumption... apart from The Dr says who isn't the best at picking up subtlety.
Fair play, I did some bodybuildng myself for a bit (mate heavily into it) and its a lot of hard work and dedication. I did it about 4 yrs and then just stopped, didnt take long for me to lose what I'd built (office job so no lifting etc to just even keep them worked. Did footie, squash + kickboxing but not the same to keep building muscle)
You know it ... its use it or lose it. 8 weeks training 10 days rest (obviously rest days in the 8 weeks aswell) but on the 10 day rest if you even go one day over you start losing
I lived at the gym for about three years, was in good shape and the fitness was pretty good too. Same as you, I just stopped (bough the house and couldn't afford the gym membership) but it took about three years before I noticed a difference. I was still playing football between two and four times a week though
