United's slide was expected from me. I have been saying that this squad was absolute **** and needed complete reconstruction. The only objective I had was the side remained in the premiership which was easily achieved.. No my great joy for this season was fate dangling the title the glory in front of the RS. And despite the incredible support of the refs and the others falling over themselves to present them with the trophy, Rodgers was still too much of a muppet to grab this opportunity. He made MASSIVE mistakes and he and everyone in football know it. Hansen knows it and said what every RS FAN was thinking if not saying it all the 'being second is fantastic', 'Rodgers has greatly improved us' 'we'd taken this at the start of the season' are just bull**** phrases, churned out for consolation. The reality is that this opportunity will probably not present itself for another 10 years and the RS will go without any league title for 35 years Nothing will dampen the great feeling I will have over summer. I will enjoy a great World Cup no matter what happens.
