    My son's quite a bit older than 11 and all he's ever known them as is a decent League 1 / below average Championship side with shocking support for such a big city and the worst ground he's ever seen.

    But still, fair play to them this season.

    They've walked the league and fully deserve promotion, the fact they've got it wrapped up before the end of September is something I doubt we'll ever see again.

    I remember Leeds had guaranteed Champions League football for many years due to astute buying and selling in the transfer market.

    I think the rules did indeed change, or at least an agreement between UEFA and the EPFA ended.
