If you don't retaliate, then you won't get drawn into a fight.
Ultimately you can only be responsible for your own actions, so it's up to you to avoid a fight, you can't take responsibility for what others do,
and I'm not going to go around deleting every single post that you perceive as an attack, as others would claim that deleting them was unfair too.

It's actually up to you to avoid creating problems for yourself

I don't agree with it either, why should there be one view. Go to any board and I am sure opinion will be divided on a manager, even a manager as successful as SAF.

And I commend you Jayram for the way you defend yourself, why should you have to take insults when you are simply putting across an alternate view. If they can't take the heat they shouldn't go into the kitchen.
