Well said Mitch - here, here!!

August 31st is the last day of the transfer window. June 1st is the 1st day it opens... We have almost a full 3 monoths before it closes so let's see where we stand in 3 months rather than now eh?

For Christ's sake, every club on the planet is a selling club! Even Man U sold Ronaldo didn't they...The fact is that we havn't got a sugar-daddy like Man City and Chelsea, and we do need to sell player to finance transfer money for new players...If you look at the big picture, we have been making steady, if unspectacular, progress over the past few years, and if given the chance, I expect Bruce to continue with this trait...The one thing that could/will de-rail us, is if fans such as yourself turn your back on the club.

Doubt if we'd get Adam. Again it looks as if he will be a Liverpool player by the start of the season. Don't think we'd get N'zogbia either. Arsenal have been sniffing around. As for Zigic as far as I know he is a striker not a defender and we would probably have to match his Birmingham wage of £55,000 per week. Although according to the Birmingham Citizen he may get paid off by the club to cut their costs.

20 million for a player who has played played one full season in the prem and has NEVER had a stand out game, it is a brilliant bit of business.
