The problem is, Everton weren't one goal better than us never mind two. If they had outplayed us I would hold up my hands and say we were beaten by a better team. (Said it a lot over the last 40 odd years. ) Everton weren't better than us, Sunderland as a team didn't step up to the mark! That's not being negative its stating what happened.

Lads calm down. Its all about opinions and there is no need to get personal. I think we need Turner back and could any Sunderland fan hand on heart please tell me that a top 10 finish was not our realistic target this season. Anything above that would of been a bonus. IMO if we buy a quality striker in the summer to replace Bent and sign up the loanees then it is onward and upwards as I think this team will get better. The only thing that has surprised me this season so far is that we haven't had a bad run like this earlier, now is a time to stand tall and unite it is a time to see who really wants to play for us and I'm sure Bruce will see this.
Thing that Pisses me off is they have had 2 weeks to prepare for this game so they should be like dogs biting at the bit to give everything they have against Everton. They have let the City of Sunderland down today, Disappointing

To be fair to Bruce he hasnt got many options on the bench of late so the 11 on the pitch are what we have got, however its been apparent for a while that defensively we arnt upto it at the moment and even today he is still banging on about sorting the defence out.
