But you were complainging about a post posted 20 minutes ago, of which I had edited before you complained
I think Laudrup's lost interest, and is just riding out the season, if Laudrup wants out but won't quit, then we'll be on course for a complete meltdown, but I don't think he is that type of guy, i think if results do not turn around he'll do the honourable thing and resign, that said it's clear we have another Sousa season, and our Board on times demonstrate the aptitude of small time Charlie's, which is very frustrating. The pressure cooker will be steaming next Saturday for sure!...................
PGF those posts were bang out of order and further abuse aimed at Stereo or any other poster will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly.
It was never going to be comfortable for Laudrup from the day his agent apparently left. Yes he is a big name who has played at the highest level, but I do ask myself why come to SWANSEA? It is clear that his attention and focus cannot be at Swansea when he apparently travels home so much? I feel that his role at Swansea has been something of a hobby for a man with so much apparent riches? When he does leave let us have someone who can harden up the squad, reduce sicknotes and injuries and get the players busting their guts to want play (The way we used to play) At the moment we are sleep walking into the Championship I'm afraid.
Did you have the same concerns when he first arrived ? I didn't ,I took as a huge step forward in the club's progression and still do .If it doesn't pan out then so be it ,because he's honestly spoken that doesn't suit everyone's taste but what you see is what you get imo .
If any part of ML's offer to resign is true, then it probably goes along the lines of you're either with me in support or against ... which is it? ... if you want me gone, I'm prepared to make it easy for you, otherwise stop ****ing around and get with the program.
I to have had the feeling his heart is not in it this season, clearly things have broken down between board and manager, but at the end of the day, our bosrd gave him plenty of funds to strengthen before the season started, it was Laudrup that wanted a smallish squad, and that has been an issue with all the injuries we have had, not to mention the Ki debarcle, which again was Laudrups mistake, or poor management, so much of this is reminiscent of the Sousa era?................
Laudrup went with a smallish squad because he couldn't get the talent in to enable him to work at a high level with a bigger squad. There is no point having a big squad with lower ability people, relatively speaking, at the tail end of the squad who cannot keep up. It just makes managing and working the squad more difficult.
