No problem with Gus he knows the English game, it's just I don't like to see old staff return as it hardly ever works out well.
He was ok under the cross eyed midget but nothing to suggest we couldn't cast the net wider and do better.

I think a decent coach would know our weaknesses and be able to set us up in a way to protect us better when our obvious weaknesses are exploited and instil some sense of spirit among the makeweight that need to be shown the door.

A good coach makes the team better than the individuals in it. A poor one like TC does the opposite.
