Not much quality on show yesterday but Barton had a very poor game. Cerny saved us from a drubbing but not many of the team could walk off that pitch thinking they had put in a good shift. Not taking Bothroyd off was a mistake but I reckon Warnock left him on for his height. DJ is a wee feller and wouldn't have been any use in the air against the Utd defence. Roll on Wednesday indeed, maybe the kit man would have found the bag of shooting boots by then.
