Pod doesn't work on the left, Ramsey doesn't work on the right. If Wenger plays that way again I would have to call for him to go.

Theo, Ox, Arsh and Cazorla are the wingers.
Arsh, Cazorla, and Ox are the AMs.

    Pick your 3.

    I would go (left-to-right):

    Cazorla--Arsh--Walcott
    or
    Arsh--Cazorla--Walcott

I'm divided on the striker position. Both Giroud and Pod have their merits, but Pod definitely needs to be tested in the middle.

The problem with Arshavin is that he simply does not defend....

That's why I think he would be better in the middle, behind Pod/Giroud.

That's what I thought and that's where I think his natural position has always been...
Wenger has a head of concrete though... so don't expect any changes soon.

To be honest I am far more worried about our capabilities to attack than defend. Unless we are against the best teams I am relatively confident of our defence. But it is sooooo easy to shut us out of a game. Norwich for example one goal and they pretty much sat back for 90 mins and we looked completely devoid of ideas. We are not the a great free flowing attacking team anymore we weren't last season either. Bar the Southampton (who were poor) game we have not looked at all like a good attacking unit. Last season RVP and to lesser extents Theo and Song pulled our attacking out of the proverbial frying pan. We have lost 2 of them and one has been injured/not started. We are lacking as a free flowing attacking unit. We need to change it up because this hasn't been working for a while.

My suggestion I think i made it on another thread. Is tell the fullbacks to calm down and only one of them should be attacking at a given time that leaves 3 at the back and Arteta lying deep right now our WF's get accused of not tracking back enough but I find the FBS more at fault for constantly being out of position, also because we attack so slowly Arteta also gets dragged up as do our CB's to rotate the ball to nowhere so if we lose it everyone is horribly exposed. Lets use our WF's, cf, and AM to go all out, with one CM and one FB joining them, leaving 4 to cover the counter. I have noticed this more and more but our defence bar Mert are too bloody gungho, this has also to do with the failure and congestion caused by our attacking players who are not nearly as incisive as they should be.

We are not nearly the best team in the league and we are going through a patch of bad form but we should/could be doing so much better. I fear tacital naievety is something creeping more and more into Wengers game more through stubbornness than anything else. Also I do think our players need to show a bit more commitment desire and BALLS.

Get him in the team!!! We are not creating anything and Arshavin can create. He is one of those players. He can just produce moments of brilliance because he is arguably one of the most skilful players in our squad. I would play him through the middle and stick Cazorla on the left and put Podolski through the middle.

I've alwasy been an Arsahvin fan and defended him and he still shows when he plays that he can make something happen. He scores or assists in almost every game he plays..

He is very skillfull and also able to make some difficult passes. When it comes together for him he can unlock any defense. And with Gerv and Oxo out, Arshavin has got to get some game time. He looks in far better shape than we have seen him in a long time and who knows - maybe he can recover a spot in our team.
