Guys don't forget that, in fairness, Lita started our downfall v. Boro last season - got in between McNuggs and Kienan to score their first. He's not a bad player and is respected in the Championship. Can he do it in the Prem where he has struggled a bit before, who knows? However, Routledge? Agreed, skillful, fast and tricky but there must be something not right about him. How many clubs in the last 5 years? Palace, Spurs, Cardiff, Reading, Villa, Newcastle, QPR and now Swansea. Been around a bit, not exactly a team player and, as we know, keen to follow the currency of the realm. But where does that leave Dyer? We are looking for a second wide player (not him) but they now have 3. Strength in depth is good but a bit of overkill with wingers.

Jager If Speed is that bad what does that make Toshack whose selections, tactics and total lack of any ability to motivate the team (or the support - I know as I go to all home games) got us to the pits of the 114th ranking. While Speed hasn't got off to a good start he can't be blamed for us plummeting to those depths as he is only really starting in the role. He has to be given a chance and at International level that means 2 years realistically. Toshack got much more than that and was still an utter failure.
Yes but not discussing your club but the swans, or Wales and a player from Swansea in this thread who people on here say shouldn't have an opinion, notice you have plenty though!
If no improvement after 2 years I will agree with you but he must be given time and support until then. If he can work with the club managers to have the likes of Bale, Ramsey, Collison, Allen, Vaughan, Hennessey and Bellamy (which club you may well ask) available for the key World Cup games then we have a chance against the likes of Scotland, Belgium amd Macedonia. Croatia and Serbia will be tough though.

Calm down Jager it's only a forum lol, I didn't rate Tosh at all and my gut feeling (hope I'm wrong) is I don't think Speed is up to the job either but will hope for the best if we can stay injury free. Agree with the others though, Routledge will let you down which is something Dyer didn't, given the way Routledge dies away you would be better off with Dyer, that guy's energy levels were amazing last season

My point being cocksucker is that you say Cardiff is beneath you and irrelevant yet you are still browsing our board looking for threads to comment on.
