Two unusual statistics from the match.

    (1) We didn't win a single corner all match. It must be very rare in league football for that to happen, especially when a team wins by four goals.

    (2) We had only four attempts on target all match and scored with every one of them.

Just back from the match. Comfortable, very comfortable, but not like the annihilation at Peterborough last season. This was more of a 'control the match, take your chances' kind of match.

Thought everyone had a good match, but will single out Taylor for special praise. BWP was excellent once again.

I really like that ground and town. Unfortunately, I can't hope that that's a Championship fixture next season, because the Championship will ruin the ground.

Was a great trip up to Hartlepool without any issues on the road for once, cant believe for seven years I went to countless Away matches and we lost or drew all of them and this season I've done all but two and we've won them all (bar Stevenage)

Have to admit I agree with IA's posting on the match, felt Hartlepool were pretty much like Wycombe (i.e. a team who could get it up to the penalty area but do nothing more). Rhoys Wiggins was my MOM with another 2 assists.

I too was surprised by the Ground and cant see it in the Championship any time soon (looked smaller than Stevenage's)

Our left side looks really really good. Thought Wiggins had only one assist and Jackson had two, but very happy to be wrong about that. Wiggins has impressed me every time I've seen him. Remember him getting a lot of criticism early on, but good to see he's growing into the team.

That Niramax stand to the right of the away fans would have to be rebuilt in the Championship, along with the home terrace behind the goal, but I thought it was great.

Away fans were very quiet yesterday I thought (myself included), but still...

Robbie, what's the score? Robbie, Robbie what's the score? :)

    Some more things.

Disappointed that the Hartlepool goalie was subject to some racist abuse when someone threw a banana at him.

A4L, I think you were right. I remember the first goal now, and yeah I think Wiggins had two assists.

What was up with Waggy's celebration?
