    Thing is though, who when he first signed knew he was going to be this good? If there is a release clause it'll be too easy for people to throw the old Ashley will do anything for a quick buck excuse.

    I've tried that but the OK prompt disappears from the bottom. A message then comes up saying there's been changes to the webpage.

    Spurs fan in peace.

    It's never nice when another club come in for one of your best players - we had it woth Modric but some how held on to him.

    Don't get so worked up about it, its part and parcel of the game - I don't think its right though.

    Trouble is he hasn't actually said he wants to sign the player so hard to say he is tapping him up.

    Personally although i think he is a good player I hope you keep him at least until the end of the season.

    Would love you to finish above the red filth. Good luck for the rest of the season.

    Thanks. It's fairly hypocritical of him to get worked up about Modric/Bale and say this though. What I dont understand is, if he doesnt want to sign Ba then why say this? And if he does want to sign him then why increase competition to sign him?

    Mind games, he wants to unsettle Ba and the club. We should take it as a compliment.

    He is as bent as a nine bob note though and the press love him despite the fact his favourite tactic is throwing money at things, other than tax bills, and being a criminal.

    I know what you're staying his problem is he can't keep his mouth shut.

    This is why the media love him - it frustrates us Spurs fans too, he wouldn't shut up over the Modric situation which i think lead to our bad start as we werent focused on the games ahead.

    He's a good manager though.
