Too many aging players, not enough quality and poor poor attitude within the squad. Felt this day was coming months back. Total player clean out required, build a new playing culture starting with the art of defending, accurate passing, commitment AND youth development.Maybe a couple years out of the top flight then BOOM back in the big time.
