I bet he is perplexed Bellers, as was Hughes before him. I'd say he never expected to have a group of wasters as his players like he does now.

Priceless Redknapp tells it as it is.More important was what he doesnt say or doesnt want to say.

He looked a bit lost for words in that interview!....Acutally,I think he looked shell shocked!. I think hes just realised how average most of this squad is.I think we would struggle in the Championship at the moment. I cant see us winning a single game at this rate.

Why does Harry keep on playing Bosingwa when we have Fabio fit again? He looked all over the place (AGAIN) on the highlights. Very strange.
Also, one point that doesn't get mentioned much is the total lack of confidence that the players are suffering from. They simply don't believe they can win now and that is very hard to turn around. We need a result akin to the Liverpool one last year and then things may begin to improve. They are not all bad players.....confidence is a huge part of the game imo.

Boswinga made no effort at all late on, i think thats why he was subbed as its unusual to change RBs when you need a goal. I think that was a statement by him that lack of effort will mean you get pulled off (ooerr misses). I would expect Fabio to start the next game.

For the first time since Harry joined he looked downhearted in the post match interview last night. We have some big problems whatever happens. How do we move on the players we have now - mostly over the hill (no pun intended) with very little form this season. These are the players we have - who should stay? I'm struggling to find more than 4 (youngsters excepted)

    Robert Green
    Brian Murphy
    Júlio César
    Armand Traoré
    Anton Ferdinand
    Clint Hill
    Nedum Onuoha
    Ryan Nelsen
    José Bosingwa
    Fábio da Silva
    Stéphane Mbia
    Samba Diakité
    Shaun Derry
    Park Ji-Sung
    Adel Taarabt
    Shaun Wright-Phillips
    Esteban Granero
    Kieron Dyer
    Hogan Ephraim
    Junior Hoilett
    Alejandro Faurlín
    Andy Johnson
    Djibril Cissé
    Jamie Mackie
    Bobby Zamora
    Michael Harriman
    Max Ehmer
    Michael Doughty
    Jay Bothroyd
    Joey Barton
    Rob Hulse
    DJ Campbell
    Radek Černý
    Angelo Balanta
    Luke Young

I agree, Col. There is talent in the side. And we have a manager who - now that the chips are down - does have the ability to tap into it, albeit will be a struggle and Harry's showing the strain. Look at what Puncheon is doing at Southampton. Adkins has him taking the right attitude and he's at the top of his game. He was faceless during his short time at QPR and never given a chance.

We are an unbalanced side, as Harry has said. We all knew that at the start of the season. Two or three good players brought in, in Jan will be really positive but the answer to our problems, and the way to remain in the Prem, lies mainly with the players we have now, not incomers.

Trouble is the wages are so high and most of them are old so we couldnt get rid of them on a free, only Ephraim and Balanta are sell-able.

That's interesting Flyer, you've chosen some that I wouldn't have. Traore - I like him but he's confused as to what his position is. I think the evidence is there that he isn't a solid enough defender for the prem. Park - I'll drive his taxi... Johnson, well we tried but I think we need mnore reliability, Onuoha - I'm on the fence, what is his position no-one seems to rate him at full back. Mbia and Diakite - I'm not convinced but that is probably harsh and premature. Hoilett - I'd give him the benefit of the doubt but he's also saleable.. Granero? Not sure, I'd like to believe but again saleable.

Anyone think it's worthwhile blooding some youngsters? At least they'd give 100% and be an investment for the future...

Don't know where you get this from - he's the best crosser of the ball we got. He had one yesterday Mackie should have scored from, but he fell over. In the final match last season his was the beauty Mackie scored from. There been many others - crosses that is!

    accurate crosses 3/33 this season
And yes he does get blocked often, I didn't mean every cross but a lot of them ends up blocked. I'll count them next game and we'll see

Well even if some get blocked and go for corners it's ok now, because Nelsen has shown how to score from them! Wish he'd get down the left and get more in myself because he is really dangerous when he does. But then we need to get more in the box as well.

Traore needs LW to help him, he can't go past winger and full back on his own. He had a lot of runs down the wing but he ends alone with 2 men to beat and that's why he get's blocked so often. And yes we need someone in the box.
