I suspect that Krancjar is on the treatment table at the moment. That's the only explanation I can think of for him not being at least on the bench once over the busy Christmas schedule. But I don't really feel he is so unfit. He has never been much of a fast mover. His quick turns and control are his qualities. But when I'd seen him recently he just seemed to be stuck in a position that was way too far away from the opposition box. He basically needs to be just behind the strikers, in my opinion. At the Emirates, I thought Harry was trying to use him as a bloody defensive midfielder!!!

Thank you UTR been going up for many years and hate loosing, love it when we win but id never swap it for anything in the world. Wembley last year bought tears to my eyes.
When Harry first came to QPR i thought i would see the same free flowing football that i enjoyed watching when i saw Spurs. Sadly the only thing free flowing are the goals we ship every game. I have said for some time that Harry is not really interested anymore. He is a dinosaur living on past feasts. Not sure what will happen to us if he stays, probably go down but who would/could you replace him with?
This season he has made too many mistakes with team selection and tactics. Simply not good enough at this level and we are going backwards under him. Harry should step down for giving Rio a contract for starters.
The problem with QPR is we don't get enough honest people at the club. I mean honest as in football terms. Too many big names, big egos, big money. The whole thing at QPR needs to be sorted from the stadium/Training ground/players/manager/hanger oners and the rest of the rubbish that infest the club.

I think even though HR got us up and we're (currently) safe, there just seems to be a sense of impending doom. I dont know if sacking him now would make that much diffrence as a new manger is still going to hav the same players.
For me, I've backed him but Im seriously convinced that whether we stay up or go down, HR has to leave this summer. For the good of the Club and the team.
To his credit he has done some good in rooting out the crap AND getting us promoted, but is been t the cost of our football and perormances.
Im not entirely convinced hell be withus that long anyway and if TF wasnt o tied up, he may have ben able to lok into HR's performances a bit deeper. (not having a dig at TF at all)
Oh well, im going to try and enjoy the rest of the season and see wht iy brings. There will be many more twists to come yet and its shaping up to be a very close finish in the bottom 3. Not really that bothered about top 4

I like the mellow Queens. Good post. I know I am especially unreasonable and unbalanced when it comes to Redknapp, but I never expected the quality of football we have experienced. Never rated him as a coach (lets leave his character out of it) but always thought his teams tried to play football and he had an eye for a player. I honestly think he was at a very low ebb when he joined us after his court case, losing out on England and then being sacked from Spurs, and then his failure to turn our season round in 2012-13 and the mentality of the squad knocked all the rest of his stuffing out of him. You could well be right mate and i think maybe he bit of abit more than he could chew with us.
He couldnt possibly have know the full story as to what was going on before he took over, and if he did then he's lost his marbles.
The England job was the killer i think although im not sure what sort of game our national squad would be playing now?
For me he'll go down as a success because he got rid of so much, and got us promoted an allowed me to see QPR win a match in a final at Wembley. That will forever be a memory i cherish.
As for the future im not sure who we could replace him with (and given my own preference id love Dave Clemet) but truth is that wil prob never happen. Also increasinly unsure of the Hoddle effect or what Sir Les does. It all seems to be a bit of a PR stunt TBH and Air asia were getting some serious free marketing with these guys in charge. (Although they could prob do without the press now)
Totally agree about the lack of identity too. Even Stoke have a style & system that is recognised & accepted to be thiers....we just dont really have anything. I dont get it. We have the basis of a good team and if i think logically then the problem must be those in charge...I just dont want to
Great post Queenslander. I thought harry was the right man for the job and he may still be depending on what we want to achieve. The Adel debate is more than a shame. He truly has the ability to be one of the world's greats but his attitude doesn't comply or is it the old fashioned English mentality stopping him? Don't think we will ever know. A wasted pre season and transfer window is totally harrys fault. A change of formation which results in style , just to accommodate ferdinand has also failed. Unfortunately I now believe we have a too old fashioned manager while the game has developed yet sacking him at this point may just be the wrong thing to do.

First off, I was a Harry fan and was more than pleased when he took over. I'm also of the opinion that he should stay on as manager until the end of the season but then do one whether we've managed to survive or not. A new, younger, more progressive coach is needed. We haven't played well under him at all and in the end were lucky to get promoted.
However, I think his previous record should be defended a bit. Since he's been a top division manager, unless you are Arsenal, Man Utd or have billions to spend you weren't winning the league. The biggest club he managed was Spurs and he did a great job, 4th twice, quarter-final of the Champions League and played some exciting, attacking football, albeit with no Plan B!! And as much as our fans complain, we are back in he Premier League and (as we speak) outside the relegation zone.
As for his reputation as spending a fortune and destroying the south coast:
West Ham, made £25m in transfers also brought through the likes of Rio, Lampard, Carrick, Cole, Defoe and Johnson. Maybe if you're good enough he'll play you??
Portsmouth (1), £2.2m loss on transfers but included a promotion to the Premier League so value for money?
Southampton, one season, £13m profit on transfers but relegated.
Portsmouth (2), was told Gaydemak was Abramovich so spent like Chelsea, £39m loss on players. However, since he left, the club sold the players he bought for £104m resulting in a £30m profit.

You are all wasting your breath. Arry is a dinosaur, no ideas, no Plan B (NO PLAN A) and effing negative and conservative. Should have gone in the Summer and apart from a few home games we have been pretty awful and take dumb and dumber with him. His press conferences are embarrassing and its like he is clueless that the opposition may have had some tactics?!!!! Need a fresh start whatever the outcome for the rest of the season because he also does not forward plan for the future re kids etc..... in fact playing players who are knackered means he does not even plan properly per game...
The last 2 weeks IMO has seen a huge decline and he has been found out yet again. Also quite interesting how 100% of my mates (non QPR) think our only chance of survival is sacking him. TFs mind is elsewhere at the moment and no matter how tragic it should not interfere with the possibility/probability of Rangers going down. GET RID ASAP
