No offence to Leicester supporters but would you call them big even if they have won the league. Their star player moved on at the end of that successful season

Well they certainly were successful that year but you would have to say three of the top clubs having a mare contributed but you can only beat whats in front of you.

Even the most steadfast Leicester fan wouldn't call them a big club by any definition.

I will chime in and agree that we're not a big club (medium sized) and you are correct that we could only beat what was put in front of us and deserved the win, something clubs who consider themselves big haven't done

We are not a big club ... yet <laugh>

Most Leicester fans see ourselves as a 'growing club' - which we have been ever since our Thai owners took over. Their stated aim was to challenge for a European place within 5 years of our promotion. Winning the title within 2 years went way beyond anyone's expectations.

Apparently we are now the 19th richest club in the world - which is great for us. The experience under King Power has been beyond any Leicester fan's wildest dreams.<ok>

Lesta fans need to stop crying...You are what you are...to be quite frank, no one gives a ****(apart from Mr Marks...but he's that kind of Chelsea fan the likes of Morata despise)

Problem here is you have no issues being hyper critical and blatantly wrong when it comes to other teams and players but become like a set of bitches when someone else says something...your not owed **** all..you won the league, well done. Gives you no qualification to think you can make absurd claims and get away with it

Anyway enjoy Europe <ok> Or just put your Chelsea tops on and support your Daddy club :)

That's good...but it has obviously taken a league trophy for you to get all faithy about it. Look at you lauding your club yet try to dig at other clubs and players..especially Spurs...why?

A couple of our players are probably worth more than your whole squad...enjoy polishing your trophy in another decade or so whilst having a discussion with Blackburn Rover fans in the midst of a League 1 game :). If we sold the retractable pitch in our new Stadium, I reckon we could buy your club.

No mate. Quentin needs to stop crying ... and learn to lose with some dignity.

This thread is supposed to be about the likelihood of Harry Kane ever becoming England's best striker ...but as soon as a Leicester fan states facts Quentin and some over sensitive Spurs fans have hissy fits ... nobody said England's tournament flopping was ALL Hane's fault ...but he is supposed to be the main man in the goals department ...and so far has failed to deliver ...and that's it.

Appears to me that the ones crying about not being a big club are the usual perennial bitters and haters of anybody who dares to be successful. But we love their mantra which is recited on a daily basis "We are Spurs and won't pay the going rate and are more than happy to be bridesmaids forever".

It's blindingly obvious to everybody that over the last three years has seen this Spud side represent their best chance in 56 years to be successful and it's also not rocket science to see that one or two world class signings would probably have done the job. Instead they've bought a player with disciplinary and authority issues and a sexual traumatised Columbian schoolboy. Well, they were cheap so that at least is consistent with the no ambition tag.

Well I think the description of being able to dish it out but not take it when it's aimed at your own club sounds much more like Spurs fans tbh.
And yeah I'm under no illusions that my club is a big club, we aren't. But I'm damned if I'm going to be told by some bitters who can't get over the fact we did win it that we shouldn't enjoy the fact we did

  15. ...and you never will be, Bambi.

Surely, any growth has been stunted, now, by the vicious spiral that you've been in since fluking the title?

Exactly right John, It's written down in history and can't be changed to satisfy a few haters. Enjoy!

As you say ... but will Spurs? ... the 'big clubs' in London have won the EPL more than once

We are happy having won the EPL title Quentin ... maybe one days Spurs fans will know what that's like ...maybe.
