I hope we do and that you have the chance to wave it in my face - the thread I mean. It will be a bloody miracle though.

This is where I really don't understand you Queens. We all want the best for our beloved hoops but the vast vast majority on here recognise that Harry's team selections are poor. I pray to God we will go up but it won't chance what's obvious for all to see. If we go up playing the wrong players in the wrong position it won't be because of Harry it will be a bloody miracle

It still won't mean this thread is wrong, what's happened has happened and the mistakes so far cannot be undone. To go up, we will have to make a huge improvement. That will not change the fact redknapp has been on the level of Hughes since he got here.

Some people will waive it in your face no matter what. They will say were glad we failed if were proved right or try and taunt us if we turn things around and get promoted. Either move is ******ed.

Na, I'm sorry mate but there's inconsistencies there again. If we do go up then those rubbishing Redknapp will have to hold their hands up. There can't be any backtracking, least of all from Flyer who really does want to see this team fail, whether you think that's outrageous or not.

There's no miracles over 46 games. You can fluke one or two but not 46. If we do go up - and its a huge if - then Redknapp will have succeeded in his mission. A mission which last Summer seemed impossible.

That's not to say folk can't criticize him. Of you course we can. But we can't have it both ways. He'll either succeed or fail and people will have either gotten it right or wrong. I said a while back that if we do go up, Flyer will change his stance and all of a sudden it will have been because Redknapp did in the final few games what he was calling for all along. In other words, he's having his cake and eating it. A no lose situation. I call bullsh*t on that.

If we succeed then Flyer will have to don the sackcloth and ashes. There'll be no wriggle room come Judgement Day.

That's utter tosh. As you know I call a spade a spade. I have stated all along that we have the players to achieve promotion. I won't waver on that. I think our squad is unrivalled in this league. I am and have been a big Harry fan. I have credited him for solidifying our defence and given him a large chunk of the season to get us performing like we should be. Very simply, I'm running out of patience because I feel that he is making a relatively simple job very difficult. I'm not changing my mind like the wind. I gave Harry ample time to use the considerable resources at his disposal to achieve what is eminently achievable with our current squad. I have watched his crazy team selections for several months without passing comment but now, I've had enough.

You're right there NUTS, those of us unfortunate enough to witness regular first half shambles followed by a second half infusion of 'width' are well aware that Harry's tactical nous is non-existant. We've flown by the seat of our pants so far but could easily crash and burn if he doesn't start getting it right straight from the kick-off...

    This.
Harry MUST throw off the shackles and attack more. We have been desperately unlucky with injuries, which Harry can't be blamed for, but he simply must pick more balanced, attacking teams. (Although against Burnley he still got it wrong by leaving us wide open!!)
Hopefully the arrival of Morrison will help, as long as Harry has the balls to leave Kranjcar out!

    :p
You're right of course. As far as I'm concerned, just like yourself, I will be both delighted and amazed but I suspect that his latest pronouncement about Taarabt followed by another uninspiring performance from his boys "who are all good lads who want to be here" will drive even more over to a less-blinkered view of the miraculous job he has done so far. What I don't get is the haste with which people seemed to absolve him of all blame for our relegation last season. He had two thirds of the season to turn it round and broke the bank to bring in Samba - the one player he wanted above all others. He was the great man-motivator. I still fail to see the huge skill he has apparently displayed by getting rid of some of our deadwood and "disruptive influences" and bringing in solid reliable pros like O'Neill, Benayoun, Krancjar when he has the parachute money available to spend. Burnley, Derby, Forest and Leicester did n't have those riches and yet their managers have managed to build teams that have the desire to win games and the ability to achieve that very simple aim without conceding hatfuls of goals each game.

I see that without even reading your post, Swords has instantly branded you as the ringleader when trying to put down Nuts. Come on Swordsie, you did say end of season for the sackcloth and ashes. What are you offering in return if we fail to go up and Redknapp persists in peddling his latest line that he wants AT back? That sounds like a double dose for you to my way of thinking.:p
