I have to say I agree entirely with this, it's hard to remember the last time we have completely outplayed the opposition, even our biggest wins this season have had periods where we've been poor.
I honestly don't see Morrison being the key to a sudden change to free-flowing football as the balance in midfield just isn't there whichever way the players are switched round. Teams put together on a shoestring have made us look less than average and now our luck seems to have run out we're falling away...
i disagree mate. we've had a few where we were pretty decent… boro at home for example. i agree we've not been hugely entertaining but lack of entertainment does not equate to no passion or desire. They are two different things and to say there's been no desire is very harsh. I've been going to Rangers for 35 years and I can tell you probably 50% of it hasn't been entertaining so no change there! I'll tell you what i expect for a club who got relegated last year and had to ditch two thirds of the squad for a new set of playing staff at the start of the season - I expect them to turn up and try their best. Nothing more, nothing less. For the most part thats whats happening. Forget HR's strange tinkering with the personnel and the dull footy….What are your expectations exactly? Where do you think we should be?
We have had two managers who buck the norm,in that the club and their chairman has completely backed them in the transfer market.
Both Hughes and Redknapp bought like kids in a sweet shop.

Sod that. I want success. If we scrape ourselves up this year by playing the most disgusting football ever with a bunch of overpaid clowns playing to only 50% capability, it'll have been a brilliant season.

Bingo. The reality is that if we do go up nobody is actually going to sit in the pub on promotion day going, 'I'm sort of happy but the football was ****'.
I expected crap football players to be crap, its not unreasonable to expect the most expensive champ side every to play well which we havent done once this season.
Yes weve had a good half here and there but our overall performance level has been terrible which is disgusting when we have players who are paid more than other teams entire 1st XIs.
Yeah..we should have spent minimal on young players like carrol etc and hope that in another 15 + years we may have half a chance of getting out of the conference....
Some people really have no idea..
We are paying them world class wages and they are even better than average champ player,
Its like paying for a Lamborghini and getting the performance of a trabant and people telling you to shut it as it still gets you there.
