i did say johnson was the wrong choice, city think the sun shines out of his *rse. i supect the glovers may disagree

if gas beat creepies, give north a go, at least he has got you away from a problem area. often asst manager hide their light under a bushell and when the floodlights go on they are exposed to do or die. north knows his lads, and morale and confidence is growing, and perhaps a happier atmosphere in the dressing room is helping. give the lad a chance. if he fails then bring in someone. what have you lost.

we had a similar experiece at shrews, we were heading south peters was sacked and john mcmahon took over gaining 4 valuable points before simpson took over. a duff manager often hides a deputy who can do things when thrown in at the deep end

from memory asa hartford was a wba player in the 1970's. was he not the foot baller who had a hole in the heart op. i may have that wrong. i did not know he was in management though. there are some good managers in the bsl, suprised none of those wanted a passport to the football league.

asa hartford was player manager with the shrews 1989-1991. since then he has coached or been asst manager here and there. i think irene would be better

a display of sheer guts and determination today by the gas, and shaun north is still unbeaten in the league!

get fit soon matty h so you can get back to the team and carry on dragging they gas up that league. not sure if you have met the about new manager. its no secret i'll give you clue, he swims in a tank and his name is billy. old roy race is assistant manager

sounds like keith curle may be the gas's new man. he was linked with the job on 5 live last night. but could be 3 or 4 others

one wonders when the gas will wake up to the fact they are unbeaten in 3 games. w a hereford, d h crawley. w a cheltenham. the gas have caused carnage in the top of L2, but perhaps their supporters are asleep. wake up gas and smell the coffee. the brave gas players deserve better. perhaps this has woken the buggers up
